ORDERS
1) How do I find the right size for me?
Every item includes a “Size guide” indicating the measurements for each size available. Furthermore, the product’s description includes details about the item’s fitting and indications about the model’s size and measures. If you need assistance in finding the perfect size for you, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@bunitaly.it
2) Do out-of-stock items come back?
If you would like to be updated about products’ restocks, please insert your email in the “Products Details” section of the item you are interested in, or subscribe to our newsletter.
3) I would like to order by phone, is it possible?

4) I have placed an order but I have not received a confirmation email, what should I do?
Please contact us via email at info@bunitaly indicating the order’s number.
5) How can I check my order’s status?

6) Can I cancel or edit my order?
If you would like to cancel or edit your order, please contact us immediately via email at info@bunitaly.it or by phone at +39 049 651366 (from Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 12:30 AM / 2:00 – 6:00 PM, CEST Time Zone). If the order has already been shipped, cancellation and/or modifications will not be possible.

7) Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for you order via credit/debit card or bank wire.
8) How can I be sure that the payment was successful?
Shortly after the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email including your order’s details. If you have any doubts, please contact us at info@bunitaly.it
9) When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 working days after the order is placed. Please notice that if your Country requires a certificate of origin, it may take up to 7 working days to process your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
10) How much time do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the day you received the product. For further details, read the Returns and refunds Policy.
11) How can I return an item?
• Access the “Orders” section of your personal Account area.
• Select the order you would like to return and click on “Details”.
• Select the product/products you would like to return by clicking on the box next to the product/products’ names.
• Select the number of items you would like to return.
• (Optional) In the “Merchandise return” section, you can add further details to explain the reasons of your refund’s request.
• Click on “Request a refund”.
• If your refund procedure is accepted, you will be notified via email and you will receive further instructions for the shipping procedure.
• You can check the status of your refund procedure in your personal Account area at any time.
12) I have purchased the wrong size. Can I exchange the product?
No, it is not possible. If you have purchased the wrong size, you have to follow the refund procedure and then order a new item in the desired size. If you need further assistance in choosing the size, please do not hesitate to contact us via email at info@bunitaly.it
13) Do I have to pay for the return?
The shipment expenses for the returned goods shall be borne by the customer, unless the returned goods include defective products, which must be verified by BUN.
14) Which items cannot be returned?
We shall not refund any returned goods that arrive damaged, incomplete, deteriorated or already used. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases: supply of tailor-made or clearly customised products, or products that – owing to their nature – cannot be reshipped or that run the risk of deteriorating or altering rapidly; sealed goods that cannot be returned due to hygienic or health reasons and that have been opened after delivery.
15) I have returned an item. When will I receive the refund?
You can monitor the status of your return procedure on the “Merchandise returns” section of your personal account area. You will receive a notification when the package reaches our warehouse and when the refunds has been completed. Please notice that if we have accepted the return procedure, you will receive the refund within 14 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
